An innovative wood-frame hospitality project in central British Columbia that gives additional local options for tourists and provides business accommodation, while addressing site-specific building needs. The completed project contains 174 suites and totals approximately 117,000 sq. ft.
Turner Fleischer led this project as the Prime Consultant on this “Generation 6” Marriott format hotel. The project commenced in March 2016, with a two-year schedule for completion, and is now open and operational. The site is comprised of a 6 storey, 174 rooms Courtyard hotel, totalling 117,000 sf. Beneath grade, there is underground parking for 93 cars.
Beyond the upper floor hotel rooms, the ground floor includes amenities areas, conference rooms, hotel administration, a pool & fitness centre as well as additional function rooms including options for food and beverage.
