This site is master-planned as an expansion of an existing marina, Hurricane Hole, on Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas. Planned to house 10 new low-to-mid-rise buildings, to date Turner Fleischer has designed two 3-storey mixed-use buildings called “Sterling Commons”, and two mid-rise residential towers called “One Marina Place”. The mixed-use nature of the development brought our residential, commercial and interiors teams together for the design and visualization of the project.
Envisioned as a contemporary interpretation of traditional Bahamian Island style, the project, being developed by Sterling Global, was required to reflect Bahamian themes staying relevant to the Paradise Island feel.
Working closely with Sterling Global Developments Limited, TF produced highly accurate renderings ensuring our client could fully understand the proposed master plan and were able to envision the completed project before a shovel touched the ground. Our studio also produced full virtual reality tours to enhance the marketing of the site. The immersive experience of these self guided tours is a major feature of the sales centre, allowing potential buyers to fully explore future units and amenities.
