Part of the overall Ryerson University food and beverage mandate was to source food and ingredients locally so that students could enjoy healthy, fast and freshly prepared meals.

Reclaimed wood and brick, concrete floors, exposed ductwork and wired lighting add to the urban warehouse look of this downtown Toronto space. The textured, natural materials are accented with vibrant greens and purple coloured inspirational text graphics to further reinforce the University’s fresh, local message.

This project has become a central feature of the University’s food offerings and a central ‘hang out’ for students at the downtown campus.
