The Atria development in North Toronto, is located in a transforming community in the City, with close proximity to highways 404, 401, DVP as well as many options for public transportation. With such connectivity, the area was ready for high-density development.

Housing two major residential projects, Atria Phase 4 is the remaining vacant land parcel of the large Atria office development, located at 2205 Sheppard Avenue East. After an approvals process through which the land was rezoned to permit residential use, the lot was subdivided into two development parcels by a new municipal road and two new public parks along Atria Boulevard. Phase 1 of the development consists of 578 residential units in two buildings, 43-storey Alto, and the 8-storey Parkside, facing onto the new park and greenspace. The two buildings are linked by a pedestrian friendly and streetscape-related base. There is a central drop-off and lobby connecting them, and a shared amenity space. A green roof on Floor 3 serves as an outdoor amenity area.

Phase 2, Trio, consists of 572 units with residential suites over at-grade retail space, facing onto Sheppard Avenue East. Exterior amenities are combined with a green roof, adding environmental and resident benefits to the site. A three-storey base faces onto both the new park and the new public street. Two 23 and 17-storey towers rise above, framing a central drop-off and shared amenity facilities.
