This project is a collaboration with Menkes Developments Ltd. that consists of two industrial 258,000 sf and 205,000 sf buildings designed to meet industry leading standards for warehouse and logistics. Recently completed, both buildings were designed for optimal flexibility to appeal to a wide range of tenants.
Careful consideration was given to bay sizes and staging areas, allowing for the most efficient means of storing and shipping products. The site maximizes the building footprint and leasing area, as well as creating a shared truck court connecting Coleraine Drive and Highway 50, a main thoroughfare to service the Greater Toronto Area. The project has created local job opportunities and is easily accessible by public transportation for employees.
